Work Order Status

To view the status of a OFS work order, fill in the work order number and click Submit.

OFS work order number: (numeric digits only, required)

There are several ways to determine the number of a work order:

• Refer to the Billing Details reports which OFS distributes weekly. A separate report is printed for each work order which OFS has charged since the previous report. The six-digit work order number is listed in several places on the report.
  
  
• Refer to the Banner transaction report which the university Business Office distributes monthly. A separate report is printed for each index number. Transactions generated by OFS are indicated by the letters "PPD".
  
  
• Call the work order desk at (575) 646-7114 and we will look up the work order number for you.
